We believe every person at work has a version of themselves they haven't yet been given the conditions to show. The problem isn't the people — it's the arena. Most workplaces lack what human beings need to give their best: clear rules, fair competition, visible progress, and rewards that mean something. When those conditions exist, people don't need to be managed — they rise.

We started from human nature, not from business process. We asked: what makes a person want to give everything they have? Then we engineered the conditions that produce that state — consistently, measurably, and without friction. The result is a set of proven games, refined through real deployments, that organisations simply plug into their teams.

Gamer2Business builds and runs subscription-based behaviour design games for organisations — turning real work into structured competition, and ordinary teams into people who surprise even themselves.

Sales Performance
Sales Game
Make your sales team compete like champions

Sales Game is a proven corporate game engine that drives product mix diversification, increases revenue across your sales network, and opens new client segments — using competition mechanics that sales teams actually want to participate in.

  • Team-based competition across branches and offices
  • Configurable product mix and scoring weights
  • Transparent leaderboards and reward management
  • Measured in the field: +35% revenue on participating products in 6 months

Who it's for

Sales and marketing leaders managing multiple branches, offices, or distribution channels who need to improve product mix, open new client segments, or reignite competitiveness in a sales network that has gone stale.

How it works

Teams are formed across your sales network. Products are assigned point values — higher for strategic items you want to push, lower for commodities. Teams compete over a defined period. Live leaderboards, automated scoring, and a managed rewards programme keep energy high throughout.

Proven result
In a 6-month deployment inside a multinational industrial group in Brazil, a Championship Season drove a +35% revenue increase on participating products and an +8% gross margin improvement across 10 sales offices.

You'll recognise your situation

Your sales team defaults to the same products. Strategic items sit in the catalogue but never get sold. Offices are competing informally already — but there's no structure to it. You've tried training. You need a different lever.

Platform Adoption
Adoption Game
Turn platform behaviours into a race worth winning

When your organisation invests in a new platform, tool, or process — and nobody uses it — the Adoption Game fixes that. We convert the specific digital behaviours you need (logins, clicks, data entry, CRM updates) into game mechanics that make adoption the natural, motivated choice.

  • Behaviour-to-metric mapping across any platform or system
  • Custom game themes tied to your culture or moment
  • Real-time leaderboards and progress tracking
  • Pilot result: the team playing the game ended the quarter ranked first in platform adoption across the Americas

Who it's for

Digital transformation leaders, CIOs, COOs, and platform owners who have invested in new tools, systems, or processes and are watching adoption numbers stay stubbornly low despite training and mandates.

How it works

We map the exact digital behaviours your platform needs: logins, uploads, clicks, data entry, meetings. Each behaviour becomes a game action with points and speed. Teams compete. The platform gets used.

Proven result
A major sales enablement platform investment sat largely unused. Over a 3-month Adoption Game pilot, the team playing the game ended the quarter ranked first in platform adoption across the Americas — they were the only team playing.
Works with any platform

CRM, ERP, sales enablement, data platforms, HR tools, productivity suites. If a behaviour can be measured, it can become a game action. We design around your existing stack.

You'll recognise your situation

A platform was rolled out with a major investment. Adoption is stuck. Teams know how to use it — they just don't. Training and mandates haven't moved the needle. You need behaviour change, not another training session.

Real games.
Real numbers.

Four deployments. Three industries. Consistent results.

Sales offices competing

Sales reps were acting as order-takers, ignoring complex and configurable products — the most profitable part of the portfolio. This is a game we designed and ran inside a multinational industrial group. With VP buy-in and a Championship Season, we built a team-based game across 10 offices where complex products scored higher. Clear rules, strong rewards (international trips for the winning team) and real-time leaderboards changed what reps sold. In 6 months: +35% revenue on participating products, +8% gross margin.

What the season scored

This is where the Grand Prix Season came from. After the first game, the same organisation ran a second season — this time scoring speed of sale rather than product mix. Our co-founder designed it end to end: the racing format, the velocity scoring, the round structure. The Grand Prix Season we sell today is its direct descendant. Two facts here carry more weight than any number: the organisation chose to run a second season, and the design proved durable enough to become the product.

Behaviour metrics tracked

During COVID the company invested in a major sales enablement platform for online selling. The problem: reps weren't logging in. We designed an Adoption Game where each rep raced across 4 rounds. Platform behaviours became race speed: logins, clicks, downloads, meetings held in the platform and CRM contacts all counted. After three months, the team playing the game ended the quarter ranked first in platform adoption across the Americas — they were the only team playing.

The customer care centre was treated as a cost centre — agents handled inbound issues but never sold. The company wanted to monetise those touchpoints without compromising service quality. We ran a Continental Cup competition inside the team, scoring upsell and cross-sell actions taken during customer service calls. In 8 months the team generated €380,000 in entirely new business — revenue that did not exist before the game began.

who drive change

📈
Chief Revenue Officer
Revenue flat across the network. Reps defaulting to the same easy deals. Forecast built on hope rather than pipeline.
🏆
Sales & Marketing Leader
Sales teams always defaulting to the same products. Low product mix. Underperforming offices. Need a new lever.
⚙️
Head of Operations
Processes designed but not followed. New systems adopted in theory but ignored in practice. Change management failing.

Digital Transformation Lead
Platform rolled out, but adoption is stuck at 30%. The technology works — the behaviour change doesn't.
🎧
Customer Care Leader
A team with thousands of daily customer touchpoints that is treated as a cost centre. Untapped revenue potential sitting in every call.
